  • About iesha CAPITAL PARTNERS

We acquire and grow established small businesses with a long-term mindset.

We partner with owners seeking a thoughtful transition and help those businesses continue to grow.

    Alvin Narsey

I’ve spent the last 16 years buying, growing, and exiting businesses, including building a multi-site retail pharmacy group in Australia through five completed acquisitions. My skill is putting the right team in place, growing cash flow, and using acquisition as a tool to scale.

Alongside acquiring businesses through iesha CAPITAL PARTNERS, I work as a retail business coach and consultant, helping owners improve cash flow, profit, and growth. That work keeps me close to the day‑to‑day realities of running a business, not just the numbers on a spreadsheet.

Through iesha CAPITAL PARTNERS, I look for established companies with strong fundamentals (typically EBITDA above £750k / A$1m equivalent) and owners who want a smooth, thoughtful exit.

I’m no longer buying pharmacies. In the UK, my focus is food manufacturing and windows and doors manufacturing; in Australia, I’m focused on NDIS businesses, healthcare, and medical centres, while remaining open to exceptional opportunities in other sectors and geographies where I can genuinely add value.

Having sold my own businesses multiple times, I understand the emotional and practical challenges of letting go.

I am not a private equity fund, and I’m not interested in stripping assets. I care about protecting your legacy, looking after your team, and continuing to grow what you’ve built.
